Microsoft opens sharing network

Internet giant Microsoft has recently launched its social networking site So.cl to the general public. Although it is thought to be an experiment as opposed to a rival to the popular social networking sites currently available, website So.cl has been designed to offer you to connect with other ‘like minded’ people, and allows you to share and comment on search results.

Using Microsoft’s Bing service the website has previously only been available to people that have been invited to use the service – primarily US students at university and school. The members are invited to create content collages from Bing’s news and then share with others who have similar interests via links.

Having your business linked to a Social Networking site is a great way to communicate with your customers outside of normal working hours and is mainly done through Facebook and Twitter websites.

The thought of setting up a Facebook page or Twitter account for your business can be a daunting task and is often put off due to you not knowing where to start. Viseble SEO can help you get started with you campaign; please contact us for more information.
